DAVID F. DENNEHY - President           ddennehy@dennehyinc.com
As principal owner of Dennehy & Associates, Inc., David oversees the overall operations with a strong emphasis on performance and quality.  Success of David’s attentiveness is evidenced by the numerous repeat business the firm continues to acquire and that Dennehy & Associates, Inc. is focused on positioning itself as a leader in the commercial construction industry in Dallas.

David’s 38 years of extensive experience in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area of construction has afforded him a great competitive edge in the field and thus granted him a wealth of knowledge in proper and ethical management, subcontractor relations, personnel and vendor areas.  Having actively been involved in every aspect of the commercial construction business David has the ability to put together the right team for the most demanding project.

Some projects David has been involved in are Sprouts Farmers Market, DDB Worldwide, State National Companies, CitiCard, C.N.A. Insurance, Temerlin Mc Clain, Brinks Security, The Dump Furniture store, Luna De Noche, Hibernia Town Homes Phase II, ENSCO, EADS Telecom and Endocrine & Assoc.

Jody is Vice President of Dennehy & Associates, Inc.  He also serves as a Project Manager and oversees personnel who manage other projects. While preparing budgets, schedules and estimates, he ensures that our #1 priority is “customer satisfaction”. His attention to quality and timely completion of projects makes him an asset to any construction team.

Having successfully managed numerous large interior projects and completion of fast track, corporate relocations has enabled him to quickly respond to the client’s needs. Broad based skills are evidenced by the demanding and successful completion of Bank One Corporate, a fast track 300,000 SF renovation to re-stack all banking operations and executive offices at Bank One Center. This project was performed on a 7 day, 24 hour/day basis, with a construction cost of $8,800,000.

Some additional projects Jody has been involved in are Wells Fargo (banks and office remodels), CityPlace Building, Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, RBC Dain Rauscher, Quadgraphics, Texas Capital Insurance, Kodak Health Imaging, ATX Technologies, Digital Convergence, Micrografx, A.I.G. Insurance, Archon Group and Aurum Technologies.

RON SIMS - Assistant Vice President           rsims@dennehyinc.com
Ron currently serves as a Project Manager for medical projects as well as new interior finish projects.  He performs contract administration, project scheduling and coordination through the completion of each project.  Extensive experience as a field superintendent gives Ron an unequaled edge in project management duties. With 36 years in the construction business, Ron has experienced virtually every aspect of the industry, which gives him the ability to act rather than react to potential problem areas. 

Some additional projects Ron has been involved in are Pilgrams Pride, JP Morgan Chase, TDK Innoveta, Applied Signal Technology, Software Spectrum  Food Svcs., Stream Global, Archon Group, Orametrix, JPI – 21st Floor, Concorde Career College, Fleming Foods, and 1st Global.

LYNDA J. REED - Vice President - Finance           ljreed@dennehyinc.com
Lynda currently serves as Vice President of Finance for Dennehy & Associates, Inc., she oversees all the financial needs of the firm.

The company has an intricate job cost accounting system which details and tracks all jobs in progress and can give precise accountings at any given time during the progress of that job.  Lynda supervises the accounting department and oversees all insurance requirements, legal needs, advertising, and human resources for Dennehy & Associates, Inc. Her accounting background gives her the expertise to pay attention to the details that are required for commercial interior finish.

Lynda is a charter employee of Dennehy & Associates, Inc. Prior to commercial construction she worked in the residential construction industry for 10 years giving her a total of 27 years as an accountant in construction.
