Kevin currently serves as a Project Manager focusing on estimating and project management on a wide variety of construction projects.  With over 30 years in the construction industry, 11 of which have been with Dennehy & Associates, Inc., Kevin possesses the ability to follow a project through all phases and is diverse in managing multiple projects simultaneously. He has a proven track record of completing projects on time and to the overall satisfaction of the client.

Some projects that Kevin has been involved with are: Wells Fargo, Denbury Resources, Visiting Nurse Association, Littler Mendelson, and Schiefflin Somerset.

Lisa is our Assistant Project Manager on the executive level, supporting David Dennehy and President, Jody Reed, Vice President.  Lisa has been with Dennehy & Associates, Inc. since June 1998.

Responsibilities include blueprint review, preparation of construction documents, subcontractor selection and project schedules. Lisa also prepares bid packages, construction subcontract agreements, A.I.A. contracts for clients and prepares project close-out documents.
