Charlie is knowledgeable in a wide variety of construction types and at multiple levels, in the construction phase. Setting schedules, coordinating materials and sub-contractors through building management and client are what Charlie does well. Charlie has performed his supervision duties successfully on a wide array of projects and his ability to communicate with all the members of the project team has been proven on past projects.
With 14 years as an Estimator/Project Manager, 8 years as a Project Superintendent, 3 years as a Subcontractor, and 10 years as a Carpenter, Charlie has acquired over 39 years of experience in the construction industry.
Some project Charlie has been involved with are: Hibernia Bank Expansion, The Staubach Office Remodel, US Toy Company, American Electric Power, ATX Technologies.
KEVIN FOX - Project Superintendent superintendent@dennehyinc.com
Kevin currently serves as Project Superintendent and oversees mid-to-large interior projects. With over 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Kevin possesses the ability to follow a project through all phases of the job and is diverse in managing multiple projects simultaneously. He has a proven track record for completing “punch lists” on time and to the overall satisfaction of the client.
Some projects that Kevin has been involved with are: Fountain Place Building, Wells Fargo (multiple remodels and expansions), Denbury Resources, Littler Mendelson, Twin Towers, Regency Expansion, Pacific Place Lobby, Visiting Nurse Association, Schiefflin Somerset, and Fleming.
MIKE MULLANE - Project Superintendent superintendent@dennehyinc.com
Mike current serves as Project Superintendent and oversees large interior projects for corporate clients. His 27 years in the construction industry, has given Mike excellent people skills and thorough knowledge of the construction business makes him a valuable asset to a project.
His ability to schedule the day-to-day duties of a construction project and communicate with Owners, Architects, Construction Managers and Clients is unsurpassed in the commercial industry today.
Some projects that Mike is currently involved with are: City Place Building, Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Union Bank Expansion, Harbour Group, Digital Convergence, The Associates, Excel Distribution & Call Center, Excel Production Lab, Software Spectrum, Excel Communications, First Extended Services, Capital One Phase I & II, CitiCards, Flowserve, and Union Bank.
ROBERT GUZMAN JR - Project Superintendent superintendent@dennehyinc.com
Having joined Dennehy & Associates, Inc. in November of 2005, Robert’s current serves as a Project Superintendent and oversees projects of various sizes. Robert’s 16 years in the construction industry, has given him excellent people skills and a thorough knowledge of the construction business making him a valuable asset to any project.
Robert is a graduate of the University of Preparatory School in Harlingen, TX, Electrical Joint Apprenticeship and Training, and has received Certification for the Reltec D/C Power Certification Course and the SMU Fundamental of telecommunications Certifications. Robert’s experience and education have enabled him to employ a high level of cost-effective supervision style and service to his clients.
Some projects that Robert has been involved with are: RBC Dain Rauscher, Texas Capital Insurance and Wells Fargo Remodel.
TOMMY TAYLOR - Project Superintendent superintendent@dennehyinc.com
Tommy current acts as a Project Superintendent and oversees high end interior projects. He works closely with owner representatives, engineers and architects on critical deadlines.
He has a proven track record for on-time completion of projects both in commercial and residential construction. Tommy has the ability to meet deadlines and work exceptionally well with owners, architects and engineers.
Some projects that Tommy has been involved with are: OnmiCom, DDB Worldwide, Eland Energy, Unitrin Expansion, DSS Fire Expansion, PPI, and Hanson Aggregates
WAYNE VEACH - Project Superintendent wveach@dennehyinc.com
Wayne currently is serving as Project Superintendent and oversees all large scale projects. He is adept at setting schedules, coordinating materials, equipment and subcontractors in an effort to bring major projects to completion on time and within budget. Wayne has successfully managed numerous large interior projects. Recent completion of fast track, corporate relocations has enabled Wayne to quickly respond to the client’s needs. Prior to joining Dennehy & Associates, Inc., Wayne had a proven track record in the commercial construction of convention centers, water treatment plants, low & mid-rise buildings as well as restaurants.
Some projects that Wayne has been involved with are: Sprouts Farmers Market, Kodak Health Imaging, Micrografx, Grant Thornton, Akin Gump, Enviromental Protection Agency, Brinks Security, Eads Telecom, State National Compainies, Ez2get.com, and Aurum Technologies.
JUSTIN COX - Project Superintendant jcox@dennehyinc.com
Mr. Cox responsibilities include serving as Project Superintendent and overseeing daily operations on the construction site. Justin communicates with building engineers, tenants, owners and the project manager on day to day situations and for critical deadlines. Justin can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and is fluent in Microsoft Office, SubSite 950 and VacMasters Systems. Justin’s experience and education have enabled him to employ a high level of cost-effective supervision style and service to his clients. Justin has just recently joined the team at Dennehy & Associates but has over 10 years in construction, 6 in management.

Mr. Reid’s responsibilities include serving as Project Superintendent overseeing daily operations on the construction site. Justin thrives in his ability to foresight conflicts and solving them before serious delays and any delays are expensive delays. Justin’s experience and education have enabled him to employ a high level of cost-effective supervision style and service to his clients. Justin just recently joined the team at Dennehy and Associates but also has over 4 years in construction management. Justin is currently working on two major projects for Dennehy & Associates

Mr. Brooks current responsibilites include serving as Project Superintendant and overseeing all large scale projects. He is adept at setting schedules, coordinating materials, euiptment and subcontractors in an order to bring major projects to completion on time and within budget. Mr. Brooks has been in the construction buisness, either hands-on, owner or in project management for 35 years. He has successfully managed numerous large interior projects. His recent completion of fast track, corporate relocation has enabled him to respond quickly to clients needs.
